12/22/2017, 8:00am. Mountain lion walking down the driveway.
First time I've seen one out in full daylight.
Mountain lion vocalizes(?) Turn up the volume!
2/18-19/2018, around midnight. The image quality is very poor but the audio's pretty good. Does anyone recognize the sounds? I can't tell if the cat is making them or if they're from some other nearby creature, maybe an owl? The cat remained in this spot for several minutes but the noises stopped.
1/7/2018, 6:19 pm; mountain lion strolling down the driveway
Very poor video, obscured by spiderwebs. Once again, the trail camera on the same tree didn't get triggered. Too bad, its image quality is much better.
1/7/2018, 1:16 am, walking up the driveway.
This animal has been making fairly regular appearances lately.
11/11/2017, 10am. Bobcat, same as previous video from a different angle.
Saw this animal, or a similar one crossing a well-travelled road a few days later around 2pm.
12/11/17, 0551:Bobcat, heading down the driveway (poor quality video)
We're getting quite a few appearances of a bobcat (or cats.) Most of them are poor quality nighttime shots like this.
July 31, 2017, 10:13pm Mountain lion next to the driveway
A grainy photo from a trail camera. The cat's on the left. Our driveway on the right. The animal is walking on an adjoining dirt road. Time stamp is PST, PDT is 10:13
Video: Oct. 24, 4:54am, walking up the drivway
Probably the same cat as in the April/Sept. photos. Heading up the driveway. The camera signal breaks up, causing a stutter at the end.. This is the first time we've seen a mountain lion on the driveway. The others were on an adjacent dirt road. (The light in the background is another video camera. It came on but didn't capture anything.)
Video: Oct 24, 2017, 5:00am, clearing below the house
Five minutes after appearing in the driveway, it shows up on a second camera, about 350 feet from the first. This is in a clearing below the house. (The last video in this sequence is a daytime shot of this location. It's windy, hence the noise.)
Video: Oct. 24, 2017, 5:27am Brief glimpse, heading back?
About 25 minutes after the previous video, same location. Heading west, toward the spot where it was first seen. (The next video shows this spot in the daylight.)
A warning call... turn up the volume.
Turn up the volume and play the video to the end. It's probably a deer's warning call. 10/24, around 11:15pm. The deer returned in an hour or two and spent most of the night here.
